Terms & Conditions for Fresh Milega

Welcome to Fresh Milega. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fresh Milega mobile application and website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

• To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Service & Delivery (The 30-Minute Rule)

• Fresh Milega aims to deliver your orders for fruits, vegetables, and milk within 25-30 minutes. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

• Our delivery partners will deliver to the address provided by you. If the address is incorrect or inaccessible, the order may be cancelled without a refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• A nominal Delivery Fee or Small Cart Fee may apply based on the order value and distance from our Dark Store.

• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your location and account history.

4. Perishable Goods (Fruits, Vegetables & Milk)

• Since we deal in fresh produce, the actual weight of fruits and vegetables may vary slightly from the weight ordered.

• Fresh milk is delivered in a chilled state. Customers are advised to store it in a refrigerator immediately upon delivery.

• Product images are for representation only; the actual product may vary based on seasonal availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation: Once an order is "Packed" or "Out for Delivery," it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the items.

• Returns/Refunds: If you receive damaged fruits or spoiled milk, you must report the issue through the app within 40 minutes of delivery along with a photo of the item. Refunds for valid claims will be credited to your original payment mode or Fresh Milega Wallet.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the app for any fraudulent activities or to harass our delivery partners.

• Abuse of promotional codes or "Refer and Earn" programs may lead to permanent account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the app, including the name Fresh Milega, logos, and designs, are the property of our company. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fresh Milega is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the consumption of products sourced from third-party vendors.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered city.
